Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use The Campaign Studios ("the studio"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The Campaign Studios is operated by The Campaign Studios Technology Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17532058), whose registered office is at 40 Selhurst Place, London, SE25 5PY. "We" and "us" mean that company.

You must be 18 or over and able to enter a contract for yourself or for the business you act for.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what is done in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Explore is free: a way to look around the studio and try it, not a plan you subscribe to. The paid plans (Creator, Pro, Studio, Agency) are billed monthly or yearly in advance. A paid plan renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Plan and billing; the plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Prices are shown before you pay. We may change prices and will tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to you.

Photographs are paid for with credits. Credits included in a plan are added each billing month, reset at the end of it and do not roll over. Credits bought as a top-up are valid for 12 months from purchase. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refunded when unused, except where the law says otherwise. If a photograph fails because of a fault on our side, its credits are returned to you automatically.

You keep ownership of everything you upload: your products, garments, photographs, logos and brand materials. You give us permission to store and process them only so the studio can make your campaigns. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload, including the right to use any person's likeness.

The photographs made in your account are yours. As far as the law allows, you own them, and we assign to you any rights we hold in them. Where the law does not recognise ownership of an image made with AI, you have a full, permanent, worldwide licence to use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially. This does not give you ownership of anything in section 9 or 10 that appears in a photograph: the studio's models and worlds, and contributors' pieces, stay licensed to you for use in your campaigns. Commercial use needs a paid plan; photographs made while exploring without a paid plan are for trying the studio and may carry a watermark.

The studio, its libraries, its models, its worlds, its designs and its software belong to us or to the contributors who made them. You may use them inside the studio to make your campaigns. You may not copy, resell or extract them.

The Cast, the studio's own models, are characters made with AI. They are not real people.

Some pieces, worlds, looks and models in the studio come from contributors. Each is offered on the terms shown with it. The Campaign Passport records who contributed to a campaign; it does not replace the licence for a contributor's work. If a contributor withdraws their work, photographs you have already made with it remain yours to use.

You must follow the Acceptable Use policy. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks it.

The studio produces photographs using AI. We work to make them true to what you chose, but a result may differ from what you expected. Check every photograph before you publish it. You are responsible for how you use what you make, including any claim it makes about a product.

We aim to keep the studio running but do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may change or withdraw features.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for loss of profit, business or data, or for indirect loss, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in that period. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

You can delete your account at any time from Account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where we reasonably can.

We may update these terms and will tell you of important changes before they apply.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim where you live.
