Cookie Policy

Small files a website stores in your browser, and similar storage in the browser itself.

Some of the names below begin with rgs. That is a name the studio's software has always given them. They are set and read only by the studio, on its own addresses.

These keep you signed in, keep the studio secure and hold your cookie choice. The studio cannot work without them, so they are always on.

• ◆sb-*-auth-token: keeps you signed in. Set by Supabase, our sign-in provider. Lasts for the session, or until you sign out.
• ◆rgs-session-only: records that you unticked "Keep me signed in", so your sign-in ends when you close the browser. Set only if you untick that box.
• ◆rgs_signup_consent: carries your acceptance of the terms across the redirect when you sign up with Google or Apple. Lasts 10 minutes.
• ◆rgs_auth_uid (browser storage): the account signed in on this browser, so that if a different account signs in here, what the last one left in the browser is cleared first.
• ◆rgs_cookie_consent and rgs_cookie_consent_ts (browser storage): your cookie choice and when you made it. If you are signed in, we also keep a record of your choice with your account.
• ◆tcs-studio-* (the studio app's own storage): the offline page, the studio's font and icons and its program files, so the studio opens quickly and can show a page when you are offline. It holds none of your work or photographs.

The studio remembers small choices in your browser, such as which brand you were working in and what you have already seen. Nothing in it identifies you to anyone else.

• ◆cs_team_brand: if you work in someone else's studio as a teammate, remembers which of that studio's brands you are working in. Set only for a teammate who switches brand.
• ◆cs:first-steps-hidden (browser storage): that you hid the first steps.
• ◆rgs.beauty-designer.draft.v1, rgs.beauty-designer.home.v1 and rgs.beauty-designer.seen.v1 (browser storage): your unfinished look in the Beauty Designer, the Cast member it was drawn on, and which tips you have already seen.
• ◆rgs-editor-presets (browser storage): the settings you saved as presets in the Editor.
• ◆rgs_studio_recent_formats and rgs_studio_favourite_formats (browser storage): the formats you used last and the ones you marked as favourites in Brand Studio, so they come first next time.
• ◆cs:contributor-impressed (browser storage, kept only until you close the tab): which contributors' pieces have already been on your screen in the wardrobe this visit, so each is counted once. The count itself is sent only if you accept analytics cookies.
• ◆tcs_install_hint_first_seen_at and tcs_install_hint_dismissed_at (browser storage): when the note offering to install the studio as an app first appeared and when you closed it, so it stays away for a while.
• ◆tcs.messages-window.v1 (browser storage, kept only until you close the tab): whether the Messages window is open, in the corner or full, and which conversation it shows.

With your consent only, we use analytics to understand how the studio is used. Nothing is set until you accept, and you can change your mind at any time.

• ◆ph_* (PostHog): product analytics, such as page views and which features are used. PostHog keeps a cookie and an entry of the same name in browser storage. Lasts up to 12 months.
• ◆_ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics): page views and navigation. Set only after you accept, and only where Google Analytics is switched on for the site. Lasts up to 24 months.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and do not share data with advertisers.

The cookie notice lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button at the foot of this page. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies will stop you signing in.
