Refund Policy

Plans and credits are digital and are used as soon as you start making photographs, so refunds are limited to the cases below and to anything the law requires.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have 14 days from first buying a plan to change your mind. If you have used credits in that time, we may keep the cost of the credits used and refund the rest.

Monthly and yearly plans are not refunded part-way through a period. Cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of what you paid for.

A credit top-up is not refunded once any of its credits have been used. An unused top-up can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

Credits for a photograph that fails on our side are returned automatically. This is a return of credits, not of money.

Write to info@thecampaignstudios.com from the email of your account. We reply within 2 working days. An agreed refund is paid to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

Nothing here affects your rights under consumer law.
